Stephanie Kay Panabaker (born May 2, 1990) is an American film and television actress. Kay Panabaker was born in Orange, Texas to Donna and Harold Panabaker. She started acting at various community theatres in Chicago, Illinois; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Atlanta, Georgia. Among her earlier credits include leads in Once Upon A Time and Winnie-the-Pooh as Roo. She has an older sister, Danielle Panabaker, who is also an actress.
