Halima, whose father is Moroccan and whose mother is half Belgian and half Dutch, lives in multicultural Brussels, has a diploma in polyglot secretarial studies. Brussels is the home of the E.U. and NATO; it is also famous for its chocolate. Halima worked for a year as a legal secretary in Malta.
