Miss USA 2008 Pageant Judges decide on Final 15

Miss USA 2008 Beauty Pageant and Beauty Queens

Miss USA 2008 is the 57th Miss USA beauty pageant and it will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 11, 2008. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, outgoing titleholder Rachel Smith will crown her successor. The winner of the pageant will represent the United States at the Miss Universe 2008 pageant held in Vietnam.

The venue is the Theatre for the Performing Arts, a 7,000 seat theater located in the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino which was also the location of the Miss Universe 1991, 1996 and Miss America 2006-2008 pageants. This is the first time that the Miss USA pageant will be held in Nevada.

Donny and Marie Osmond will host the pageant for the first time.

The 51 contestants from various states of USA will take part in this contest and only one will be crowned the next Miss USA 2008 Beauty Queen.

The contestants will compete in various rounds of the Miss USA contest including: swimsuit competition, evening gown competition , Q & A Round. After this the list would be cut down to final 15 and then finally the winners will be announced by Miss USA Judges.
